Gỏi cuốn-Fresh spring rolls

Gỏi cuốn are a delicious fresh-tasting alternative to fried spring rolls (cha gio) and are a favourite with our regular customers. They are made from soft rice-paper wraps with shrimp or pork mixed with herbs and light vermicelli noodles. These rolls make a great appetizer and are served with a fish sauce based dip.
Vegetarian Gỏi cuốn are filled with filled with carrot, potato, onion, taro, spring onion, coriander, yam bean and tofu and the dip is based on soya sauce.
